Libben LLC sometimes uses third-party printing and/or fulfillment. If the item that you purchase is fulfilled by a third-party, it may take a business day or two to process your order.

2. Shipping

2.1. Mailing Companies.

Libben LLC uses various mailing companies to ship your order. Larger cases of adult incontinence products are typically shipped through UPS or FedEx. Smaller packages may be shipped via the USPS.

2.2. All items shipped through Libben LLC will be shipped using economy, ground services.

2.3. Boxes and packaging are plain and discreet with a return address indicating it's being shipped from "Libben LLC."
