Technology is Hard!

Awwwww poop.

When Mrs. Brickelbottom started working full-time a couple of months ago, we subscribed to Zendesk. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's basically a program that we can use to add tickets to emailed questions, enabling us to keep track of correspondence so that folks wouldn't get lost in the shuffle.


All was going swimmingly until we realized that, for a lot of our backed-up emails, Mrs. Brickelbottom had been sending her responses to OUR general gmail. Hee hee hee.


I'd like to take a moment to remind all ya'll that WE ARE CAREGIVERS, not tech wiz'es! Ha! So, if you've written and you haven't heard from us, please give us a week to get stuff sorted. If you STILL haven't heard from us, email: support@lbbn.zendesk.com.


Also, we're trying to catch up with a bunch of stuff in November, so virtual sessions are on hold. Your best bet for being able to interact with other LBBN littles or one of the mommies is via our Telegram chat group via Patreon. There won't be any one-on-one services, but we're working our tushies off to be able to stay afloat while the Nursery is on hiatus.
