This is a quick and fun video about how easy it is to make salt dough ornaments & magnets. Join me & ZaciRoo as we make a spoooopy ghost, speeeiiider & bat!! You'll definitely want to learn this recipe because we'll be using it a lot!!
There are lots of different versions, but here's the recipe we used:
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Salt
1/2 Cup Hot Water
(optional) 1 Tbs Cinnamon for scent!
Simply mix all of the ingredients until it forms a dough. Shape and pop into the oven. We did 200° for 4 hours, but you can definitely cut that time down by increasing the temp. We weren't in any hurry.
Then paint with acrylic paint and slap a magnet on the back with some hot glue. VOILA! ART! Easy peasy lemon squeezy!!!!
This is a GREAT craft to do while watching cartoons and relaxing. AND they make fantastic, inexpensive gifts!!!
