Your Storytime
What Does It Cost?
Your Storytime starts at $75 (regularly $100) for a limited time while Mommy fine-tunes this brand-new product, covering up to 300 words of reading. Have a longer story or book? Simply add an Additional Storytime Word Block to your cart for every extra 300 words, now $60 each (regularly $75).
One book or story per order, please! Each Additional Word Block only extends the same reading; if you'd like a second story or book, that's a brand-new Your Storytime order.

Following these simple steps will make sure Mommy can read your story in the warmest, most loving way.

Your story should be 300 words or less, unless you’ve added extra word blocks to make it even more special!

Content
Please make sure your story is kind, respectful, and fits within the warm and nurturing spirit of the Little Baby Boo Nursery. Stories with anything extreme, overly graphic, or inappropriate won’t be accepted.
Review
Before submitting, please take a moment to double-check your story to make sure it’s just the way you want it. Once recording begins, all sales are final, so be sure it’s exactly how you’d love to hear it! 💕
All stories are lovingly reviewed before recording. If a story isn't the right fit for Mommy, she'll let you know and give you a full refund.
What to Send with Your Story
When you place your order, make sure to:

Include your story text, or the title and author of the storybook you'd like read.

Spell out any names in your story, with pronunciation notes so Mommy says them perfectly.

Let her know the mood you're dreaming of: soft and sleepy, warm and nurturing, playful and giggly, or a little more stern.

A Note on Clarity
Mommy will read your story just as you’ve written it, though she may make tiny edits for clarity if needed. Even with a nip and a tuck, she’ll always do her best to make sure your experience is everything you hoped for.
Keeping Your Storytime Safe & Special
Your story is yours to keep and cherish: Mommy knows how special it is! However, the audio recording of Mommy's voice belongs to Little Baby Boo Nursery and is protected under copyright. This means that while your written story remains yours, the recorded reading can’t be sold, shared, or published in any form. These recordings are made just for you, so they stay extra special and personal!
What can I expect?
Once you submit your story, Mommy Black will lovingly read it just as you wrote it, bringing it to life with a soothing, nurturing voice. Your personalized audio will be delivered to your inbox as an MP3 within 2 weeks.
Sending a storybook? Mommy will flip through the pictures right along with you, pointing out little details and adding gentle page-turn sounds, so it feels like she's cuddled up right next to you. All you have to do is get comfy, press play, and let Mommy's words wrap you up in warmth and bliss.
FAQs
Q: Can I ask for a special greeting at the beginning?
A: Yes! If you'd like Mommy to open with a little hello just for you, there's a spot on the submission form for you to let her know how to address you.
Q: What books can you read?
A: Mommy would love to read almost any picture book you cherish! When you order, send scans or clear photos of every page, cover to cover. Seeing the pictures lets Mommy point out all the cute details she sees in the book and she'll even add little page-turn sounds, so it feels like you're cuddled up right beside her. If you can't send pictures of the pages, you can check the LA County Library catalog to see if your book is available. She's happy to borrow it from the local branch, but library storytimes take a little longer: your 2-week turnaround begins once the book arrives in her hands.

Prefer Mommy to get a fresh copy just for this? Send an Amazon gift card covering the book's cost, and once Your Storytime is recorded, that book stays behind as a forever addition to the Nursery library.
Q: Can I gift Your Storytime to someone special?
A: Absolutely! A storytime makes a precious gift for the little in your life. Just include their name and story details when you order, and let Mommy know it's a gift so she can make it extra sweet.
Q: Can I be a character in my own story?
A: Of course! Many littles write themselves right into the adventure. Just remember to include pronunciation notes for any names so we say them perfectly.
Q: Do you write the stories, or do I?
A: You do, lil' sweet pea! Your Storytime is all about your words in Mommy's voice. She reads your story or your chosen storybook exactly as it's written.
Q: Can I combine two or three short books into one order?
A: One book or story per order, little one! Each reading is its own special recording, made from start to finish with love. If you'd like more than one book read, each one is its own order, even the short and sweet ones.
Q: What happens if my story isn't accepted?
A: If a story isn't quite the right fit, Mommy will let you know right away and refund your order in full.
